1. Platform Role

PrintNear is a technology platform that connects customers with independent local print partner shops. Customers may place print requests, select available services, and complete payment through supported payment partners. Print partner shops are responsible for reviewing, accepting, preparing, and fulfilling accepted orders.

2. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for submitting accurate order details, printable files, pickup or delivery information, and lawful content. Users must not upload illegal, harmful, infringing, or unauthorized materials through the platform.

3. Shop Partner Responsibilities

Print partner shops are responsible for maintaining accurate service availability, pricing, operational status, accepted order fulfillment, print quality, and customer handover or delivery coordination according to the accepted order details.

4. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Payments are processed through authorized payment partners. Cancellation and refund handling is governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, including order authorization, shop rejection, customer cancellation windows, and verified fulfillment disputes.

5. Service Availability

PrintNear may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue platform features where required for maintenance, security, legal compliance, business operations, or misuse prevention.
