PrintNear collects information required to create accounts, process print orders, verify print partner shops, communicate order updates, and operate payment and support workflows. This may include names, phone numbers, email addresses, shop details, location information, uploaded order files, payment references, and transaction metadata.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to provide the PrintNear platform, route orders to selected shops, verify shop onboarding, process payments through authorized payment partners, prevent fraud, improve service reliability, respond to support requests, and comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
3. Payment Data
Online payments are processed through Razorpay. PrintNear does not store complete card numbers, CVV values, or sensitive banking credentials on its servers. Payment status, transaction identifiers, and refund references may be stored for order reconciliation and customer support.
4. Sharing of Information
We may share limited order and contact information with the print partner shop selected by the customer for fulfillment. We may also share data with service providers such as hosting, analytics, cloud storage, notification, payment, and security vendors where necessary to operate the platform.
5. Data Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as necessary to provide services, meet business and compliance needs, resolve disputes, and maintain transaction records. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect user and shop partner information.
